General Rules & Regulations


There is ZERO tolerance for possession and/or consumption of alcohol, illicit drugs and tobacco products such as cigarettes, chewing tobacco, manikchand, etc.

There is ZERO tolerance for illegal or major sexual behavior.

No weapons of any type are allowed.

Participants should be dressed in their approved uniforms or in appropriate sports attire while at the tournament site.

A participant is subject to property inspection by security personnel. Property includes bags and other personal property. A random bag check may be conducted while an athlete spectator or staff member is on site.

Gambling is strictly prohibited.

There is an anti-harassment anti-abuse policy. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment or discrimination on the basis of color, religion, national origin, socio-economic disposition, sexual orientation, etc. as well as emotional, physical, sexual abuse, and neglect.

Safety First! A participant should not participate in any unsafe behavior. Accidental or deliberate unsafe behavior should be avoided at all cost. Destruction of property will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

Matters dealing with theft will be dealt with the proper authorities.

Foul language, in any language, is not tolerated.

Unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the field is not permitted.

A referee call is FINAL.

Any participant under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by their specified chaperone at every location.

A participant is required to have their tournament ID with them at all times. It is the responsibility of each individual to report to the host staff about any argument, fight, or any problem between individuals.

Any situation that cause harm to an individual, the facility, equipment, etc. should be brought to the attention of the host staff. This includes, but is not limited to fire and food.

In case of any emergency, contact staff or security personnel immediately.
It is mandatory that all individuals follow the orders of all staff members. Each staff member is there to help you.

Anyone who disrupts a game or practice during the tournament will face consequences by CRT.
